Meet Our Executive Director

Chase Delano joins the Partnership with a professional background in marketing, strategic partnerships, community building, and organizational development & leadership. She has worked at start-ups in San Francisco, brand strategy firms in NYC, and even an environmental non-profit here on the North Shore.

Chase is excited to bring her skills and experience to Ipswich, MA, where she hopes to positively impact her community through local marketing and grassroots efforts, as well as utilize methodologies and leadership frameworks she learned through a Master’s program in Organizational Development.

In her free time, Chase enjoys long walks and swims at Cranes Beach, beekeeping in her backyard, and playing lots of competitive tennis around the North Shore. While she may be new to Ipswich, she is a native of New England and an advocate for land conservation and sustainable economic development.
